Mail OnlineA woman was today charged with the murder of a 22-year-old faith healer who promised his clients he could solve their problems by sacrificing a camel, police said.
Alsufaine Jabbi, who believed he could break evil spells, was lured into a house, beaten and stabbed then dumped in a Luton park in April 2006.
The victim's mutilated body was found covered in blood by a horrified cyclist.

Two men are already serving prison sentences for his murder.
Today Bedfordshire Police said Rubina Maroof, 29, of no fixed abode, has been charged with Mr Jabbi's murder.
A spokeswoman said she was arrested by officers from the Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire's Major Crime Unit when she arrived at Heathrow Airport from Pakistan yesterday afternoon.
She will appear before magistrates in Luton tomorrow.
In 2008 Tariq Malik and Imran Khan were jailed for life for Mr Jabbi's murder.
Tariq Malik's half-brother Khalid Malik and wife Guhar Mirza were also jailed for perverting the course of justice.
During a two-month trial the court heard Mr Jabbi had come to the UK from Gambia and had taken up spiritual healing to earn money.
He promised people he could rid them of evil spirits, often claiming he would order a camel to be sacrificed in his native country in return for large sums of money.
Detective Chief Inspector Steve Collin, the original senior investigating officer in the probe, dubbed Operation Monarch, said: 'While five people have already been convicted in connection with this murder the case has remained open.
'There are still people out there who have information about Mr Jabbi's death, and we continue to urge them to come forward and speak to us in confidence.'
