Speaker apologizes to President Jammeh over GNOC affairs

The drama surrounding the Gambia Olympic committee continues to thrilled sports followers with daily episodes emerging endlessly.
Gamsports gathered from reliable sources that, the Speaker has sent a letter of apology to the president via the media, apologising for the treatment the law makers meted out to the sports ministry over the GNOC affairs. It is not clear what led to the recent development which came on the heels of a strong reprimand of the ministry by the parliament who felt they were treated with contempt by the ministry over the GNOC matter
