Samba Ndaanan to serve as a prosecution witness?
Saturday, 08 May 2010 09:32
Reports reaching Jollofnews editorial desk have it that Alieu Samba alias Samba Ndaanan has seen charges levelled
against him dropped. In return, the businessman who failed to supply handcuffs to the National Drug Enforcement Agency (NDEA), will serve as
the main witness in the drug case in the ongoing trial of Ebriam Bun Sanneh and Co. Our source also told Jollofnews that Samba Ndaanan has been asked to refund D350, 000 that was given to him by the former NDEA boss.
It could be recalled that Ibrahim Bun Sanneh, Karamo Bojang, Ousman Sanneh, Marie Sanneh and Alieu Samba were arrested and charged on various counts. With this alleged dramatic change, the prosecution will inexorably boost its argument against the former NDEA Executive Director.
