Pedophile arrested in Gambia

A 45-year-old Norwegian man from Telemark, with a criminal history of sexual assaults against children,
remained in custody in Gambia over the weekend on suspicion of assaults against young boys.Police also seized video equipment and computer memory cards with what they described as “indecent”
photos, reported newspaper Aftenposten. The Norwegian man was found with six young boys in the bedroom of where he was staying in Gambia.The man has several convictions for sexual assault against minor boys in Norway, including 100 assaults against his own young son. He was charged again last fall in another pedophile case, but left Norway in November and traveled to Gambia.
Gambian police told Aftenposten the man “should never have been set free” in Norway. He now faces a prison term in Gambia of 14 years if found guilty of assaults against children by a tourist.

We Africans have along way to go. We can blame our leaders as much as we can, but our leadership reflects our very selves. What has Jammeh to do with this monster abusing our children. Even his fellow citizens (Norwegians) are appealing to Gambia that the man should rot in jail, then comes sick and confused Gambian embeciles like "foreal", or whatever he calls himself, talking crap. Let him count how many of his own relatives who have married women younger than them. Does that make them pedophiles like this monster? The hatred in such people is so inrooted that they can't distinguise between letter A and figure 1.
I think this foreal is not Real here because if you want to be real as your given name you always have to be succint on what you are saying better than bitting the Bush here and there !

Did you forget that the so call Gambians brother that are abroad that are sending us money, went to those countries as tourist, then stayed. You so quick to judge but fail to realize what the true problem is. Do you know what problems these Gambian brother are causing to other nations? Doing illegal stuff and so on. But lets not talk about it, because they are the true patriots of our country. If we are self sufficient, then no kid will be worry about having a white friend that might help him and his family. Gambians abroad are trying very hard for the country, they scrub dishes, clean toilet, risk their lives, and how come jammeh does not applaud their will and determination. He always sees them as the bad examples for kids, and the root cause of the "Bumster" phenomenon. kids see the only means of success in life as been through being such, because we fail to structure their future.

You are also right in the begining of your rejoinder if only you stop at where you've said that, The Gambian Police's comment means that, He/She doesnt have any clue of the importance of Tourism in The Smiling Coast, then you might be very right there but when you also used the comparing of Arafang Yahya's married to the young girl to this act of this "Muzungu" as reported by "JollofNews" then you or the jollofnews is wrong here because the word they used (Pedophile) belongs to only children without specification but at thesame time, they've specified it in their own way as only Boys the police found with this "Muzungu" and if that is the truth I think they've to use the word: "PAEDERAST" Referring to having affairs with only Boys that is what I have to say and let them correct me if Iam wrong here !

Parents that are complacent to these crimes should also be charge with the same offends, I just can’t understand why parents will entrust their kids to complete stranger especially foreigners. Tourism has become a nightmare towards the poor people In the Gambia, as far as I am concern eradicated and all those hotels should be transform into school, training institutes, universities, factories and offices. Those are what Gambians needs. The notion that tourism contribute toward our economic is a myth, Gambians abroad are contributing way far more than what the tourism is doing.
