Libya: The lies of the Western war against Libya

Ghadafi_wantedA-THE REAL REASONS FOR THE WAR IN LIBYA
1. First African satellite RASCOM 1.C is Libya's Gaddafi offers to all of Africa's first true revolution of modern times: to ensure universal coverage of the continent for telephony, television, broadcasting and many other applications such as telemedicine and distance education for the first time a connection becomes available at low cost across the continent, even in rural areas through the system via radio bridge WMAX. The story begins in 1992 when 45 African countries formed a company to have a RASCOM African satellite and bring down communication costs onGhadafi_wanted the continent. Call to and from Africa then the tariff is the most expensive in the world, because there was a tax of $ 500 million that Europe cashed a year on phone conversations even within the same country in Africa for the transit of votes on European satellites such as Intelsat. An African satellite costing just $ 400 million payable only once and never pay 500 million rentals per year. What bank would not finance such a project? But the most difficult equation to be solved was: how the slave can free themselves from the exploitation of his slave master in seeking assistance from the latter to achieve this? Thus, the World Bank, IMF, the U.S., the European Union have dangled uselessly these countries for 14 years. In 2006, Qaddafi ends the agony of unnecessary begging the alleged benefactors practicing Western loans at a usurious rate, the Libyan leader has put on the table $ 300 million, African Development Bank has 50 million, the West African Development Bank, 27 million and that is Africa since December 26, 2007 the first communications satellite in its history. In the process, China and Russia have made it this time by selling their technology and have launched new satellites, South Africa, Nigeria, Angola, Algeria and even a second African satellite is launched in July 2010 . And wait for 2020, the first satellite technology, 100% African and built on African soil, especially in Algeria. The satellite is expected to compete with the best in the world, but at a cost 10 times less, a real challenge. That's how a mere symbolic gesture than 300 million small can change the lives of an entire continent. Libya's Gaddafi has lost to the West, not just 500 million per year but the billions of dollars in debt and interest that this same debt would generate infinitely and exponentially, contributing to maintain the system to strip occult Africa.

2 - African Monetary Fund, African Central Bank, African Bank Investments
The 30 billion dollars seized by Mr. Obama belong to the Central Bank of Libya and Libyan planned for the contribution to the finalization of the African federation over three flagship projects: the African Investment Bank in Sirte, Libya, the creation of this 2011 of the African Monetary Fund with a capital of 42 billion dollars with seat Yaounde, the African Central Bank with headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria, the first issue of currency will sign the end of the African Franc CFA with which Paris has the upper hand in some African countries for 50 years. It is therefore understandable and once again the rage of Paris against Gaddafi. The African Monetary Fund must replace any and all activities on the African Monetary Fund International, with only 25 billion of capital was able to lap an entire continent with questionable privatizations, such as obliging the African countries to move from a public monopoly into a private monopoly. These are the same Western countries that have struck the door to be also members of the African Monetary Fund and it is unanimous that the 16-17 December 2010 in Yaounde Africans have rejected this lust, establishing that only countries Africans are members of the FMA. It is obvious that after Libya Western coalition declared its next war in Algeria, because in addition to its huge energy resources, this country has a currency reserve of 150 billion Euros. Which becomes the envy of all the countries that bombed Libya and all have something in common, they are all financially almost bankrupt, the U.S. alone has 14,000 billion dollars in debt, France, Britain and Italy each have about 2,000 billion public debts while the 46 black African countries have in total less than $ 400 billion public debt. Create false wars in Africa, hoping to find oxygen to continue their economic apnea only will worsen the West shoved in their decline that took off in 1884 during the famous Berlin conference. For as the American economist had predicted Adams Smith in 1865 in his support to Abraham Lincoln for abolishing slavery, "the economy of any country that practices slavery of blacks is in the process of initiating a descent into the hell that will be tough the day when other nations are going to wake up "

3 - REGIONAL UNIONS AS BRAKE THE CREATION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AFRICA
To destabilize and destroy the African Union which will dangerously (the West) to the United States of Africa with the master hand of Gaddafi, the European Union first tried unsuccessfully map creation UFM (Union for the Mediterranean), it was absolutely necessary to cut off North Africa from the rest of Africa by highlighting the same racist 18th-19th century that the African people of Arab origin are more advanced, more civilized than the rest of the continent. It failed because Gaddafi refused to go. He quickly understood the game from the moment we spoke of the Mediterranean by combining a few African countries without informing the African Union, but by inviting all 27 countries of the European Union. The UPM without the main engine of the African federation was Stripped before you even start, dead - born with Sarkozy as President and Mubarack, vice-president. What Alain Juppe tried to restart, while betting on the fall of Gaddafi, of course. What African leaders do not understand is that as long as it will be the European Union to fund the African Union, we will always be the starting point, because in these circumstances there will be no effective independence. In the same sense that the EU has promoted and funded regional groupings in Africa. It was obvious that ECOWAS has an Embassy in Brussels, which derives most of its funding from the EU, is a major obstacle against the African federation. That's what Lincoln had fought in the war of secession in the United States, because from the moment a group of countries gather around a regional political organization, it can only weaken the central body. This is what Europe wanted and that's what the Africans did not understand creating quick succession, COMESA, UDEAC, SADC and the Great Maghreb, which has never worked again with Gaddafi that he had very well understood.

4 - Qaddafi, LICENCE TO WHICH THE AFRICAN TO WASH THE HUMILIATION OF APARTHEID

Gaddafi is in the heart of almost all Africans as a very generous and selfless support for his humanist in the battle against the racist regime of South Africa. If Gaddafi had been a selfish man, there was no pressure on him to draw the ire of Western financial and military support for the ANC in its struggle against apartheid. That is why just released its 27 years in prison, Mandela decides to break the UN embargo against Libya October 23, 1997. Because of the embargo even air for 5 long years no plane could land in Libya. To get there, had to take a plane to Tunisia and Djerba continue to arrive by car for 5 hours to Ben Gardane, crossing the border and back in 3 hours drive through the desert to Tripoli. Or, go through Malta and make the crossing at night, on poorly maintained boats up the coast of Libya. A nightmare for a whole people, just to punish one man. Mandela decided to break this injustice and al'ex meet U.S. President Bill Clinton, who had found the visit "inappropriate", he rebelled: "No State may assume the role of world policeman, and no State can dictate to others what to do. " He added: "those who yesterday were friends of our enemies now have the nerve to offer me not to visit my brother Gaddafi, they advise us to be ungrateful and forget our friends of yesterday" . Indeed, for the West, the racists of South Africa were the need to protect their brothers. That is why all ANC members were considered to be dangerous terrorists, including Nelson Mandela. It was not until July 2, 2008, for the U.S. Congress passed a law to remove the name of Nelson Mandela and his ANC comrades of the blacklist, not because they realized the folly of such a list but because we wanted to do something for the 90 years of Nelson Mandela. If Westerners are now repented of their support to the enemies of yesterday and Mandela are really sincere when he gave the names of streets and squares, how to continue to make war on one who brought victory to Mandela and its people, Gaddafi?

B-THOSE WHO WANT TO EXPORT DEMOCRACY ARE REAL DEMOCRACIES?

And if Libya's Gaddafi was more democratic than the USA, France, Britain and all those who wage war to export democracy in Libya? On March 19, 2003, President George Bush launched the bombs on the heads of Iraqis with the pretext of exporting democracy. On March 19, 2011, that is to say eight years later to the day, the French President who launches his bombs on the heads of Libyans with the same pretext of offering them democracy. Mr. Obama, Nobel Peace Prize 2009 and Chairman of the United States of America, to justify conducting a wave of cruise missiles from its submarines to the head of the Libyans said it was to oust dictator Gaddafi's government and establish democracy. The question that every human being with any intellectual capacity and appreciation of Judgement can not help but ask is, those countries like France, Britain, USA, Italy, Norway, Denmark Poland whose legitimacy for the Libyans to bomb based on the mere fact of having self-proclaimed "democratic countries" Are they truly democratic? If yes, are they more democratic than Gaddafi's Libya? The answer is unequivocally NO, for the simple reason that there is no democracy. This is not me who says, but the very one whose hometown, Geneva is home to most of the United Nations command. It is of course Jean-Jacques Rousseau was born in Geneva in 1712 which states in Chapter IV of Book III of his famous "Social Contract" that: "there has never been a real democracy, and it does exist forever. " To be truly democratic state that poses Rousseau 4 conditions that Gaddafi's Libya is even far more democratic than the United States of America, France and all others who claim it to export democracy: 1 - size of the state: the more a state, the less it can be democratic, for Rousseau the state must be very small so that the people are easy to assemble and that each citizen can with ease know all the others. So before making people vote, make sure that everyone knows every other vote for vote otherwise is an act devoid of any democratic basis, it is a travesty of democracy to elect a dictator. The organizational structure of the Libyan state is based on a tribal basis, which includes by definition the people in small entities. The feeling is more democratic in this tribe in a village in a great nation, because the fact that everyone knows and that life revolves around the same commonality brings a kind of self-regulation, self-censorship even to weigh every moment reaction or cons feedback from other members for or against the views we may have. From this perspective, it is Libya which best meets the requirements of Rousseau, we can not say the same for the United States of America, France or Great Britain, the highly urbanized societies where Most neighbors do not even say hello and therefore do not know, even living side-by-side for 20 years. In these countries, it is passed directly to the next step, "voting" that has sanctified maliciously to forget that this vote is useless from the moment I am speaking on the future of a nation without knowing its members. It thus came to the stupidity of the voting citizens living abroad. Know each other and talking is the essential condition of communication for democratic debate that precedes every election. 2 - It is the simplicity of manners and behaviors to avoid that one spends most of time talking about justice, court to find solutions to disputes multitude of diverse interests that society is too complex born naturally . Westerners finissement die as civilized countries, so the complex moral and Libya as countries called primitive, that is to say, to die single. From this angle, once again, that Libya would better meet the democratic criteria of Rousseau that all those who pretend to give lessons in democracy. In a complex society, the many conflicts are resolved by the law of the strongest, since he who is rich avoids prison because he can afford a better lawyer and most importantly, guide the repressive apparatus of the state against the who steals a banana in a supermarket, rather than the offender who made financial collapse a bank. In a city like New York where 75% of the population is white, 80% of management positions are occupied by whites and they are only 20% of people in prison. 3 - equality in rank and fortune. Just look at the Forbes 2010 to see what are the names of the richest people in each country that throws the bomb at the head of the Libyans and see the difference with the lowest wage in each country and do the same for Libya to understand that in terms of redistribution of wealth of the country, to Libya to export its expertise to those who fight it and not vice versa. Even in this light, according to Rousseau, Libya would be more democratic than those who want to export it pompously called democracy. United States 5% of the population own 60% of national wealth. It is the country most unbalanced, the most unequal in the world. 4 - NOT IN LUXURY. For Rousseau there is democracy in a country, do not see a luxury because in his view, luxury and wealth makes it necessary it becomes virtue, the goal at any price and not the happiness of the people, "the luxury corrupts at once rich and poor, by possession, the other by greed and he sells the country to softness and vanity, it deprives State all its citizens to enslave one another, and all to public opinion. " Are there more luxury in France or Libya? This report enslavement of employees who are driven to suicide themselves employees of public or semi-public, for reasons of profitability and thus possession luxury of a party is it more striking in Libya or West? The American sociologist C. Wright Mills in 1956 described American democracy as "the dictatorship of the elites." According to Mills, the United States of America is not a democracy because ultimately it is money which has replaced the people. The result of each election is an expression of the voice of money, not the voice of the people. After Bush father and Bush son, for the Republican primaries of 2012, there is already talk of Bush-youngest. In addition, if political power is based on bureaucracy, Max Weber pointed out that there are 43 million civil servants and military in the U.S. who actually control the country, but have been appropriated by someone who does not meet not directly to the people of their activities. One person (rich) is passed but the real power over the land is held by a single caste of rich is not the result simply as appointments as ambassadors, army generals and so on ... How many people in the self-proclaimed "democratic" know that Peru's constitution prohibits a second consecutive term at the outgoing president of the republic? How many people know that in Guatemala, not only the outgoing president should never be a candidate for this function, but in addition to any degree of relationship, no family member can no longer claim that function? How many know that Rwanda is the country that incorporates politically best women in the world with 49% of women parliamentarians? How many know that in the ranking of the CIA 2007, 10 countries in the world's best-managed, 4 are Africans? With the Golden Palm at the Equatorial Guinea government debt which represents only 1.14% of its GDP. Those who say that Gaddafi has drawn on his own people that they know exactly what the hero Obama, Abraham Lincoln did, but with 630,000 dead? Civil war, revolts, rebellions are the ingredients of a nascent democracy supports Rousseau. Because democracy is not an end but an ongoing process to reaffirm the natural rights of humans in all countries of the world (without exception) a handful of men and women, confiscating the people's power, the orients to stay in business. You can find here and there forms of caste which usurped the word "democracy" to be the ideal to strive and not to appropriate a label or a chorus to praise because we are barely able to shout louder than others. If a country is calm like France or the United States, that is to say without any rebellion, for Rousseau it simply means that the system is sufficiently repressive dictatorship to prevent any attempt at rebellion. If the Libyans revolted, it's not a bad thing. It is argued that people accept stoically the system that oppresses them around the world without reacting, which is very bad. Rousseau and concluded: "Malo quam periculosam libertatem quietum servitium-translation: If there were a people of gods, their government democratically. So perfect a government is not for men. " Say we kill the Libyans for their sake is a lure.

C-WHAT LESSONS FOR AFRICA?
After 500 years of relations of domination and dominated with the West, it is therefore shown that we do not have the same criteria to define good and evil. We deeply divergent interests. How can we not lament the Yes of 3 African countries south of Sahara, Nigeria, South Africa and Gabon to resolution 1973 inaugurating the new form of colonization called "protection of peoples", validating the racist theory that Europeans carry since the 18th century that North Africa has nothing to share with Sub-Saharan Africa, North Africa would be more advanced, more educated and more civilized than the rest of Africa. Everything happens as if Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, Algeria were not part of Africa. Even the UN seem to ignore the legitimacy of the African Union on its member states. The objective is to isolate the sub-Saharan Africa to better undermine them and keep them under control. Indeed, in the capital of the new African Monetary Fund (AMF), Algeria with $ 16 billion, and Libya with 10 billion dollars to help them all alone for almost 62% of capital is 42 billion dollars . The first sub-Saharan Africa and most populous, Nigeria, followed by South Africa come very far behind with $ 3 billion each. It's very disturbing that for the first time in UN history, was declared war on a people without first having explored the lower track to solve the problem peacefully. Africa still has its place in such an organization? Nigeria and South Africa are willing to vote YES to all that the West calls because they naively believe in the promises of each other to give them a place of permanent membership in the Security Council with the same veto. They both forget that France has no power to grant them a single post. If she had, long ago that Mitterrand would have made for Germany of Helmut Kohl. UN reform is not on the agenda. The only way to count is the Chinese method: all 50 African countries must leave the United Nations. And if they have to return one day, do so only if they got what they long called for a position for the African federation, if anything. This method of non-violence is the only weapon available to justice for the poor and the weak we are. We simply leave the United Nations since that organization through its configuration, its hierarchy is the services of the fittest. We must leave the United Nations to mark our disapproval of this worldview based solely on the crushing of the weaker. At least they will be free to continue to do so, but not with our signature, not remembering that we are in agreement when they know very well that they have never questioned. And even when we gave our own point of view, as Saturday's game 19 / 3 in Nouakchott with the statement contrary to military action, this was simply passed over in silence to go complete the package bomb African people. What is happening today is the scenario seen before with China. Today, we recognize the government Ouattara, it recognizes the government insurgents in Libya. That's what happened at the end of the Second World War with China. The so called international community had chosen Taiwan as the sole representative of the Chinese people instead of Mao's China. It will take 26 years, that is to say October 25, 1971 with Resolution 2758 that all Africans should read, to stop human stupidity. China is allowed, except that it claimed and obtained permanent membership with veto must, otherwise it will not. This requirement is satisfied and the resolution of admission into force, it will take a year to 29 September 1972, the Chinese Foreign Minister gives his reply with a letter to UN Secretary General not to say Yes or Thank you, but to tune-in guarantee of dignity and respectability. What Africa hopes to ask the United Nations without a strong act to enforce? We saw in Cote d'Ivoire a United Nations official is considered over a constitutional institution in this country. We went into this organization is willing to be serfs and believe that we are invited to the table to eat with others in the dishes we washed is simply gullible, worse, stupid. When the AU recognizes the victory of Ouattara's without even considering the divergent outcomes of its own observers sent to the field, just to please our former masters, how can we meet? When President Zuma of South Africa said that Ouattara has not won the elections and changes to 180 ° to the contrary after a small 8-hour tour in Paris, one may wonder what value these leaders who represent and speak on behalf 1 billion Africans. The strength and true freedom of Africa will come from its ability to ask thoughtful acts and face the consequences. Dignity and respectability have a price. Are we willing to pay? If not, our place is in the kitchen to the bathroom to ensure the comfort of others.

Baks,
You're right, the original pice was written in French, thus the direct translations that renders it incoherent. I must, however, say that the good Professor has laid out a very good case. I am not a skeptic who actively looks for conspiracies to cling to; but the case here is quite compelling. He has done a good job of tying the French Central Bank potential losses or perhaps near collapse at the advent of a folding of the West African CFA Franc. Imagine, each one of the Franchophone West African states has to deposit 85% of their reserves with teh French Central Bank as a precondition of them underwriting the the CFA franc and the individual states take out loans from those deposit from the French treasury at usarious rates. Astounding if you ask me! Anyway, enjoy the article in straight English. Here is the link....

Is this just a poorly translated piece?

My guess is that the original piece may not have been in English.

The professor seems to be aluding to some kind of conspiracy against African Unification & development, but I just cannot follow (with much sense) this poorly constructed/translated piece.

I hope someone with access to the original piece can re-translate it. I don't agree with all but some very interesting points raised.
