GPA draws scared Jaraf
Sunday, 30 January 2011 19:58
Gamsports - Peter Bonu Johnson and his GPA side put one step into the next round of the African champions
league after notching up a one all draw in Dakar against Senegalese champions Jaraf.GPA showed class and slammed the host with a shocking second half goal through Salloum Faal. Scared Jaraf managed to rediscover their form and pulled back the lead later in the match with Ebrahim Ndoye providing the equaliser. The two are fighting for a place in the next round of the qualifiers. The tie now moves to Banjul in a fortnight where Ports need at least a goalless draw to progress.
