Gambia’s anti-narcotics agency arrests 17 suspects

According to official sources, the suspects - consisting of Guinea Bissau nationals, Senegalese, Gambians, Sierra Leoneans and Guineans - were caught with fake gold and parcels of suspected cocaine.
The NDEA had, since June, continued to raid drug peddlers.
The anti-narcotics body, collaborating with its counterparts from the United Kingdom, in June seized over two tonnes of Cocaine with a street value of about US$ 1 billion.
