Gambia U-20 team arrives in Freetown

The Gambia national Under 20 team, unilaterally named by Gamsports.com as the Young Scorpions have landed for their second
leg match against the Shooting Stars of Sierra Leone on Saturday at the National Stadium in Freetown.During the first leg that was played in the Gambia two weeks ago, the Young Scorpions won the match by four goals to one (4-1) to put them
in a more comfortable position ahead of the second leg.According to information reaching Gamsports online the delegation comprised of 18 players and 7 officials who are well prepared to lift the flag of the Gambia high at the National Stadium in Freetown come this Saturday.
The coordinator of the Shooting Stars James Fofanah in a Star radio programme ahead of the second leg assured Sierra Leoneans that they are going all out to eliminate their opponents (Young Scorpions) because as a team, they have what it takes to score three goals.
If Young Scorpions can do it in Banjul they too can do it at home in Freetown.
