Gambia to host North/West Africa cricket tourney

The Gambia will host the North-West Africa Cricket council (NWACC) female tournament in August this year, according
to www.Gamsports.com. The tournament was first schedule to take place in Gambia last December 2009. But because of some constrains the Africa Cricket Association body decided to push the tournament to August 2010. The above competition will be the first ever female cricket tournaments organize in the North-West Africa region. In all seven countries will be involved in the competition.The seven are, Sierra Leone, Gambia, Ghana, Nigeria, Cameron, Mali and Morocco.
