Gambia Seeks Coach for youth team

The Gambia is seeking a coach for its U-20 football team. The country's football body GFA says it requires candidates to send in applications
with CVs latest on June 30th.‘’We require a coach with at least a UEFA License (B) or its equivalent with proven record of 5 years experience with youth teams", says secretary general Jammeh Bojang. The Gambia’s team in this category will open its campaign for qualification into the next edition against Sierra Leone next month hence the urgent need for a coach. Vacancy For U-20 National Team Coach
The GFA invites suitable applicants to fill the post of Under 20 National Football Team Coach for The Gambia.
Applicant must be:
a). A qualified Football Coach with a minimum of .UEFA “B” License or its equivalent
b). with at least five (5) years working experience with Youth Teams
c). Experienced in Grassroots football and able to design a grassroots Football development programme
d). Of good knowledge in International Football
Role & Responsibilities
1. Be the Head Coach of the National U-20 Team and be responsible for its management.
2. Responsible for scouting and selection of players for the U-20 National Team.
3. Responsible for designing a comprehensive training programme for the U-20 National Football Team.
4 Supervise grassroots football development programmes
5. Coordinator Local Academy Football activities for the GFA
6. Maintain strong links with the GFCA
7. Answerable to the Technical Director for all his activities
8. Any other assignments that the GFA may deemed fit for him to perform.
Salary and other benefits: Negotiable.
