of the final round of qualifiers the Young Scorpions eliminated Ivory Coast- 1-0,--2-0 on aggregate to advance to the finals in Libya.The Gambians made history with a penalty converted by Saikou Gassama.
News of the boys qualification was greeted with immense joy by Gambians around world as it once again confirmed the tiny nation’s continues supremacy in youth football. '' I am very happy Lamin.
