Revealed by “Summary of Evidence” obtained by Jollofnews the first prosecution witness (PW1) Babucarr Sanyang is “proprietor of Star Printing Press and the employer of the accused persons  2nd and 3rd Modou Keita and  Ebrima Jallow). Sanyang will testify that on the 6thday of June 2011, he was informed by one Biram Njie, a receptionist at his office that 2ndand 3rdaccused persons had been arrested. Upon enquiry, he was informed that they were arrested in relation to T-Shirts that they printed, according to a three-page dispatch that also comprises list of exhibits to be tendered at the trial.
According to the said “Summary of Evidence” the Star Printing Press boss will state that he checked his ledger book for details of the contractor but found out that it was not recorded in the ledger book.
In its strive to lift the veil of secrecy that covers the findings of the investigators, the prosecution will have to rely on the testimony of one Mohammed Idriss who appears to be a businessman selling trousers, t-shirts and bed sheets. Idriss will testify on the 23rdday of October, 2011 that the 4thaccused person (Michael C. Uche Thomas) bought seventy (70) T-shirts from his shop”.
Dr. Amadou Scattred Janneh has a long line of witnesses that the prosecution banks on in what appears a tactic to beef up claims of a plot to overthrow the Jammeh government.  Among employees of Dr Janneh to serve as witness is  Mariama Darboe (PW7), who will testify that the 1staccused person distributed 3 T-shirts to her with the inscription “Coalition for Change, The Gambia. End Dictatorship Now.”
Laying its cards on the table, the prosecution has succeeded in getting Abdou Ceesay (PW8) the driver of Dr. Janneh.  He will testify that sometimes in May 2011, the 1staccused person gave him a T-shirt with the inscription 'Coalition for Change, The Gambia. End Dictatorship Now. His claims included that when he wore the T-shirt, his father asked him to remove it because it may put him in trouble.
The Special Criminal Court will hear testimonies from three police investigators who are also expected to offer a rare glimpse on their findings. Consequently, ASP Bakebba B.K.S Susso (PW9), a member of the investigation panel instituted to investigate this case, will state all that happened during their investigations. According to our sources Susso will tender the exhibits recovered during the investigations. Police IT expert has in stock startling details from Dr Janneh’s personal computer hard drive.  Salifu Gindo Ceesay (PW10) and Gibril Colley (PW11) hold stocks of incriminating testimonies.
Concerning exhibits that will tendered before the court, the prosecution counts on the cautionary and voluntary statements of the accused persons. These include nine T-shirts; transcribed “Coalition for Change” audio press release; two screen printing boards; one Peugeot motor vehicle; and a computer hard drive.

I can't even imagine a president giving ok to all these nonsenses. Really they don't make sense and they will backfire badly on him. And when it does; it will be real ugly. One little thing in The Gambia will end Jammeh's regime in a heart beat. The whole world is watching patiently. The case of Dr. Janneh will be your end. You better have a solid and concrete case against him which you don't but try to fabricate. Dr. Janneh will not go down that easy because you will have to take The whole Gambian people with him. We Gambians will always stand for freedom and we're very patient. Remember only Allah's throne is endless. Do you ever think about a day when you will be out and how those hawks waiting for you all around the world for what you did to their families and loved ones? A WORD TO THE WISE.... Think for your family and people you're pushing to do these dirty jobs for you. THANKS FOLKS!

Dr Amadou Scattred Janneh is a National Hero. If staying true to one's conscience ever becomes treason...then

The Gambia is a dead planet.

Dictators will never learn, the case of Mubarak should teach the Sheik James some lesson. The Sheik needs to realize that the Gambia is much bigger than him and one day he will be the one facing charges. What goes around comes around. Mr. Janneh has the law on his side but unfortunately the Gambian laws belong to the Sheik and he decides what is good or bad for the Gambia. Change will come one day

This case is not only ridiculous but it is terribly embarrassing to any Gambia. This is a clear indication that there is no democracy in Gambia.

It seems our President is really frightened that his end is near. If he was secured and mature in his position, he would not react to things in the manner he does.

I feel sorry for the opposition political parties, they stand little chance of winning since they are unable to openly express themselves to nation. I have total admiration and respect for Dr Janneh, he has planted the seed to many that things in the Gambia are not right. You cannot be frightened in your own country. You cannot be scared to talk in your own home for fear being arrested and speak against the regime.

This so-called case is utter nonsense. So what if Dr. Janneh printed those T-shirts? Does he not have the right to express his opinion? The Gambia has a long tradition of freedom of expression dating back to pre-colonial bantaba governance.
The sad fact is that the Kangaroo judiciary being run by mercenary Nigerians will ultimately convict him. These judges have a conviction rate close to 100% as they receive their instructions from Jammeh himself. What a disgrace to Gambia!
