Bakary Bojang signs for Tamworth

GamSports - Blue Square Bet Premier side Tamworth have announced the signing of Gambian winger Bakary Bojang. The 24-year-old had been training with league rivals Gateshead, where he played in a number of reserve team games but failed to secure a contract.
He also trained with Tranmere Rovers, Grimsby Town and Hartlepool in the summer and counts Danish side's Odense Bold Club and B1909 as two of his former clubs.
A statement on the official Tamworth website reads: "Caretaker boss Des Lyttle has secured the signature of striker Bakary Bojang ahead of this Saturday's trip to Cambridge United in the Blue Square Bet Premier, kick off 3pm.
"Bojang had been training with a fellow BSB Premier side recently but opted to sign for The Lambs, and now that international clearance has been obtained he looks set to start his Lambs career at the Abbey Stadium.
"Bakary, who takes squad number 23, is 24 was born in Bakoteh, Gambia but holds a Danish passport. He has previously played for OB Odense in the Danish league and had been at Horden Colliery in the Newcastle area until recently."
