Please brother Radiokangkang:
you also misunderstood my comment on the issue, what I mean is that, why can't we try to sometimes face the raw thruth and venture into it to find the reality and put in on the table for discussion ?

Ousman Koro Ceesay's Death should have being thouroughly investigated, because he was a civilian, the nature of his dead, was regretable and disappointing to many Gambians, I was in Gambia.

Comment:
Brother Radiokangkang, I don't understand what you mean by (He is a civilian) ? Well to my little understanding here means sholdiers have to die...Or What....? I think the best wording you 've to use should be... He is a Gambian patriotic who was ready to share the experience with his people.
As from now, we can only take our able government seriously, if they investigate this sorrowful situation.

Lalo, You can go back and work in the private sector or even open your own business, you dont neccesarily have to work for the Goverment. Ousman Koro Ceesay's Death should have being thouroughly investigated, because he was a civilian, the nature of his dead, was regretable and disappointing to many Gambians, I was in Gambia. May Allah continue to help those who help other and May Allah reward him Aljaana. Ameen.

Brother Lalo, You should be a goodwill Ambassador to better serve our country, you always said things that would benefit Africans, not only Gambians.
Pres. Jammeh, Is not responsible for all Gambians living in the Diaspora. We shouldn't wait to be called to something that we're part of, when we think is neccesary to go back home and put my quota, just go and do it.
During PPP regime, Gambians were in the Diaspora working at the UNITED NATIONS, and the World Bank, like: Dr. Wally Ndow, Dr. Tigan Sallah and Seedy Jammeh. There is a wollof saying( LEHLA WAAR, BULLHAAR, KOLACHE OOR).

Lalo, you raise a very important point. How come a country as small as the Gambia is able to furnish highly skilled professionals to man some of the highest institutions globally, while here in Gambia we have a Human resource shortage?

I think your suggestion is valid, HE should do some introspection- the environment is not conducive for people of this calibre to function effectively and so they'd rather work elsewhere where they can make a more meaningful contribution.

The infighting and mediocrity here is very destructive and stifles innovation.
