(Opinion) - How long do we have to learn and portrait Yahya Jammeh’s character? He is a lair, manipulative wicked, brutal and cumulatively greed for power. At the end of every fictitious election he comes with so-called projects to strengthen his grid in power.

It is about time for decent and free Gambian citizens who have their academic, professional and individual freedom to be civilizing arrogant and said to him lick your ass. Sorry for my language and knows anything political correct cannot be morally right.

And let us not drag into the language of Diaspora language of consultation when it is not right to put your citizens in the terror of enforced disappearance, torture, murder and illegal arrest. Cases of evidences are Deyda Hyadra, Ebrima Manneh, Ngongo Mboob, Buba Sanyany, and Momodou Lamin Nyassi and lot much

extra judicial killing not the thematic for this discourse.

The thematic is our born again politician who for years having been insulting us for foraging into foreign land for political and environmental reason making us either political or environmental refugees. We have been political and economic refugees but we will continue to love this trans-boundary Gambia River State and its geo-political issues.

After the election in 2006 was when he found  his voodoo style claim of curing HIV/AIDS, diabetes, cancer and the list goes on and on. Our selfish western elite doctor who was then the Minister of Health and now been shameful sacked but still parasitic depend the mentally marabou consumed voodoo head of state, further echoed the continually madness even louder. These are the characters which are the perfect match in the master piece of Ousainou Mbenga‘s article- Blind patriotism and wilfully ignorant- graduate with illiterates ideas permanently drunk and dependent on his handouts and crumbs.

My advice and warning to Gambian Diaspora community be resolute and distance yourself from this ruthless paranoid psychopath who does not even trust his blood mother when it comes to rule. We are targeted for the next illusive project after 2011 election and that consultative meeting with Gambia Diaspora. For 17 years, we have to craft another alternative empty promise and continuing is a prevailing order and we should have a greater degree of moral and social responsibility to put demand before sitting with this butcher of Kanilai in a so-called meeting with Gambian Diaspora.

It is about time for us be wise and wiser as Gambian in where even we domicile in North America and Europe as a community. For 17 years Yahya Jammeh’s brutal regime make us wander the world like nomadic cattle. They count us as undesirable element. We are connect with our people through Skype, face book, twitter, Gambia-l , Gambia-post, online journals like Freedom Newspaper, Maafanta, Gainako,Gambia-ehco, Senegambia, hellogambia, jollofnews and Gambia-dispatch.

We are marginalised for the electoral process please see Saikou Mballow’s petition and related communication; the neo-patrimonial state and selected partisan diplomatic representative does not  a damn and non do they have update or statistic of our number. So who want to meet a perfect witch for real because of political gimmick? Should we legitimise his rule and first meet him in Gambia? Why should they not organise first Diaspora consultative meeting basic on their foreign budgetary allocation or set of consultative forum of eminent Gambian citizens and come up a report to shape the image of our diplomatic representative community.

Yahya Jammeh knows our campaign about his human right abuse is biting with pressure from European Union. For me, Abdulai Jobe, Malik Kah, Ebrima Chongan, Alieu Ceesay, Ebrima Chongan, Suntou Touray, Yankuba Darboe et al, we will never rest until the regime institute rule of law and good governance.

Yahya Jammeh in geopolitical terms is a small ruler but his continual madness is more a concern. Gambia is a show case example of West Africa’s fragile democracy and every signs are that one man’s greed for power with no Presidential term limit. The dispatches of Gambia today are hallowing poverty amid pervasive feelings of hopelessness. For almost coming up to17 years, the country have moved from a shining example of West Africa's democratic nation into a despotic rule with persistent cycle of unimaginable brutality under the leadership of self appointed Sheikh Professor Alhaji Dr Yahya AJJ Jammeh.

For 17 year, Yahya Jammeh has struck terror into the impoverished people of the Gambia, in the most macabre way. His pervasive secret police NIA and private militia group the Green Boys are literally connoisseurs of the terror. A documented account of his rule is marked by failed coups, detention without trials, torture and disappearances. He claimed to be possessed with apparent supernatural powers and reputed immortality. Yahya Jammeh exuded evil image even in appearance. He dressed like sultan apparel white from top to toe, which to my own imagination appeared funereal promoting death rather than life. Jammeh’s propensity for Machiavellian intrigue and ruthlessness is limitless. Perversion of the electoral process has been part of his regime strategy from the start.

It will be even a mockery for us seat in the same room with us a monster. His followers are not averse to spreading terror. The media are inevitably continual target since his rise into power. Trade Unions, the Student body and Religious Organizations have turn into swiftly followers of his prevailing madness. Any institution which represented resistance to the madness of his order is baleful gaze until now most descended into a deep and protracted silence.

With this gruesome and dispiriting process in today's Gambia, Yahya AJJ Jammeh underwent his transmutation from a poorly educated soldier to ruthless psychopath with titles such as Lt Colonel, Professor, Doctor, and Alhagie. Yahya Jammeh, have turn the army into his lethal conglomeration and evidence of which is the preliminary report of Common Wealth electoral observer report and God knows when is the full report going to be available since after November 24 election. Dishing out money in the name of his profit making foundation or giving out so-called financial aid is never far from his mind.

Our President command of language was never entirely sound and it is always frequently tended towards contradiction, especially when he when he is emotionally aroused. Military enhancement become part of his strategy for survival at this uncertain of his regime in power. The Gambian economy is in shreds, largely because of the uncertainty created by the present precarious political situation. Jammeh has turned into businessman opening all type business enterprises including clandestine cocaine trafficking. Having studied the nature of Gambian people in fine detail, he polluted our society with materialistic mentality as that is what the people value more for their short term needs than their long need for freedom, rule of law and development.

For almost 17 years in power, he shows his strength by acquiring war equipments and ammunition such as rifles and machine guns. Warming to his image as a war commander, retiring, sacking, murdering, imprisoning and sending into exile any military officer that he presume as a threat to his rule. A combination of paranoia and penury made him feel embattled in almost every sense. To make him sleep easier, Jammeh established so-called elite presidential guard of unshakably loyal soldiers to provide security either when at Kanilla or Number ONE Marine Parade. These crack troops with their sharp uniforms, pristine weaponry and more than feed with ample food in a food poverty nation become Yahya Jammeh’s insurance policy. They established quarters in his entire resident, provided eyes and eyes among less reliable elements of the armed forces and dedicated themselves to preservation of his regime.

Today Gambia under Yahya Jammeh is nothing more than embracement. Our people seemingly condemned to eternity of lives of poverty. Empty promises and continuing abuses becomes a prevailing order. Teeth-clenched competitiveness to get our president ill-gotten wealth and positions, upmanship and posturing that obsessed for been part of the prevailing order become a way of life.

Thanks to the development of citizen journalism from Freedom Newspaper, Maafanta, Gainko, Jollof news, Senegambia, Jollof news, Gambia Echo packed with killer facts and inspiring ideas, shot through with passion and underlined by brilliant investigative journalism that continue to focus political activism to despised Jammeh's injustice.

What is wrong with us? Sanneh, you sound bitter. The president states " they can go to hell" and you are calling him names. Are these the examples we want our children to learn? We are really loosing our true VALUES as Gambians. The stupidity, name calling, and finger pointing has to stop. We were a people, with proud values and love for each other. I have yet to read an edifying article, about positive Gambians, doing great things for each other and for our country. This must begin with True Leadership, respect for each other, and deep love of country. Our children are watching us destroy each other. I ask that we become their EXAMPLE.
