Bajo also responded to criticisms on Jammehs's alleged usage of state materials during his campaign by saying that incumbency inevitably means that the President cannot travel like ordinary people. ''He needs to have the facilities accorded to a President as this is the case all over the world and would be the case if the very opposition leaders themselves ever become president,'' Bajo said.
'You do not expect the President to jump into a taxi and trek the country'' he told the Daily Observer.
Bajo, the soft spoken persuasive key member in the early days of the AFPRC ruling body said the very fact that the opposition are free to take on the President and campaign freely means that democracy exist in the Gambia.
He urged all voters to vote for their choice of candidate in peace but concluded he is sure that President Jammeh would win. "I think even our opponents would silently know that reality by now,'' he said.

Nonbody will eat with me and turn to my enemies. this business of sheep in wolf clothing will not go on.
Maybe your Radio waves are giving some of them the sleepless Days and Nights here.
In the service of SeneGamBissau we remain
YANKUBA,FATOU JAHUMPA ARE SH.........THEY DONT BELIEVE IN GOD AFTER WHAT YAHYA DID TO THEM,DISGRACING THEM IN FRONT OF THE WHOLE WORLD.
We'll teach the opposition an unforgettable lessons.
Radiokangkang .... Am not sure which one you are.....as there seems to be several Radiokangkangs and Lalo Kebbas....
Comment:
There is only one serious Radiokangkang and Jally Lalo Kebba.
So those who are copying our names as the fake one trying to distabilize the minds of the good ones listening to us here, such of them is the Ama Bhulu or Muzungu with us here trying to Gambianize himself all the time !
In the service of SeneGamBissau I remain
Nevertheless, if you are looking for sh..........s people, you should look no further than the APRC for there is no shortage of such people in that organisation.... We learnt that disgraced Yankuba Touray and Fatou Jahumpa Ceesay are back, sh......ly letting the country know how Jammeh has done this or that....
In a country that belongs to all of us, whose development or underdevelopmen t affect all of us, how can you still label people as jealous....You should rise above such backward sentiments ....Gambia belongs to all and the credit of any development , infrastructure or otherwise , must go to all instead of an individual or group....there is no room for jealousy in nation building....
