Yanks, like other APRC former bigwigs, returned to the microphone to defend the party that transformed him and his peers from nobodies to big men.
He told a Basse rally that democracy is not about waywardness towards s one's elders but a way of expressing one's opinion and wishes in the affairs of a country.

He must certainly be referring to the youth voters opposed to the APRC whom he considered vocal in their condemnation of the APRC regime.
Yanks in his usual charismatic style, painted a rosy picture of the Gambia under the APRC and urged voters to massively return Yahya Jammeh for even greater prosperity.
However, a UDP supporter who listened to the speech on the radio said Yankuba must be denting himself inwardly.
' He knew he is fooling himself because he knows what dictatorship meant as he had himself experienced irrational sacking and recycling until he got dizzy and returned to his village. This time he would faint once they are finish with him,'' concluded a joking UDP supporter.

1 - The Prophet (PBUH) never ever pray for the whole Night, if you say, he used to pray most part of the night, I will agree with you, but to say ALL Night, that is a wrong narration of the said Hadith.
