(JollofNews) -
Mustafa Carrayol the of the Gambia’s Independent Electoral Commission has told the BBC that his institution cannot do anything about Soldier's distribution of President Yahya Jammeh campaign material.

Speaking to the BBC's Umaru Fofana in Banjul Carayol said his commission is very well prepared and he was sure that the entire process of November 24 Gambian

elections would be free and fair.

On allegation that President Jammeh is using state resources in his campaign, Carayol said he cannot do anything about that too but all that he knew was that the APRC party had bought their own vehicles.

Mr Carayol indicated that results of the elections would be given in its entirety by Friday morning as everything has been in place for it.

No passports for those refusing to vote

"I will tell IEC to print pictures of all those who registered and fail to vote, we will deal with them. If you register and fail to vote even a passport will not be issued to you in the coming five years.”

Yes folks this is the penis that you want running the country for another 5 years. Not a chance folks!!! Enough is enough!!!

Oppositions are complaining about almost everything, before they said no kingship, then twelve days is not enough for campaigning even though they dont have not positive to say, then we have to used the TV,then, IEC, has to give them permit to held their meetings, then the soldiers shouldn't harassed us, endless complains, this kind of reaction is known to a Fula woman who's husband married a second wife and told her the next day. I PROMISE WE'LL IMPLEMENT ALL THIS NEXT ELECTION 2016.

Carayol should at least condemn these practices than try to justify or give an explanation. How could he have known that ALL VEHICLES being used by the APRC are bought by them ? I saw Jaliba Kuyateh &Band in the back of what appeared to be a Military Truck... Did APRC buy military trucks too...

Use of state resources by the party in power is one of the numerous advantages that PDOIS's Agenda 2011 sought to address, but it was rejected because not all parties want to lose that privilege....The PPP can criticise APRC for doing it,but didn't they do the same things ? The UDP can criticise the APRC but what guarantees are there that they won't do the same ?

It is only PDOIS,as a party, that has committed itself to eradicating this practices....Darboe acknowledges these practices when he deals with the APRC maladministrati on but pretends that they don't exist when he deals with other opposition parties....

dear mr carayol, i dont think u know anything about the vehicles that government ar using in their campaign.i was in gambia just last week and i was in a government vehicle travelling from serrekunda to banjul when we got to the bridge soldiers seize his vehicle when he question them why ,they replied we need it for the campaign.later on i ask the man whom i was travelling with in his car , he said to me they said every department have to surrender five of their vehicles for the campaign. if their is any party using their own resources is the oppositio so mr carayol i dont think u know what is happening under ur nose or u chose to ignore it

Carayol whatever you may call yourself. How do you know that "APRC part bought their own vheicles? How do you know it? Who told you? How much did they bought them? Where did they get the money from? And where do you get the audacity to say that they bought their own vheicles..you sound very coward, hypocretical and unpredictable. I don't trust you mr man..but know this that every post that a man hold in this world will be accounted for its operation..I hope you fear God..may Allah bless you all and I pray for peaceful election..its up to us all to chose our leader for the next 5 years.

As the chairman of the election body u very well know that men and women in uniform are public servants who are paid from our tax monies and as such should not openly side with any political entity. I know for a fact that if they openly support an opposition, they would definitely loose their jobs. So Mr chairman u either condemn it openly else you are not fit for that office. I remembered when u used to tell us that u are not crazy when you said loud and clear that you are 100% Yahya Jammeh supporter.
