Quoting Doofu APRC:
YAHYA JAMMEH WILL STAY FOR ANOTHER 15 YEARS BEFORE HANDING POWER TO MOHAMED JAMMEH. IT IS NOW THAT U ARE COMPLAINING? WHY ARE YOU NOT TALKING ABOUT JAWARA'S 3O YEARS RULE?
IF YOU CANNOT SUPPORT IT? COMMIT SUICIDE. FULL STOP. THE DEBATE IS CLOSED!

Comment:
Doofu APRC, you comment is well recommended but the words are very sensitive to many some of your fellow Gambians, I think we shouldn't have to repeat the mistake of Kairaba and his Mafiya Boys, such as the like of that Jaaranka Boy (Yaya Ceesay) and that of the Niuminka old Boy with double surnames
Kambi Bolong needs to forget those wounds we got during Kairaba's era, and incase any of these two oppositions win the election, let them have tolerrance on those supporting Arafang at least try to forget for all the waters that has gone under the bridge.

AAah my fellow Gambians! ye have all spoken well.its that time of the year again, election time! Whether or not a president is good is not my concern. my major concern is rectifying our constitution so that no tom, Dick or Harry can stay in power for 30-47 yrs. Jawara ruled us for 30 yrs, even though the old man was so peace-loving and law-abiding, in the end his own inner circle like Saihou Sabally n the rest started digging graves for him; this is to say that the love pple had for him began to erode. The same fate will befall our famous friend Yahya Jammeh. So to avoid all these hoopla booplas its imperative for a modern democracy like The Gambia, a very civilized nation to put in place a good constitution that will allow a Gambian to be president for only two terms. This way, there will a lot of competition among in-coming and out-going presidents so much that eventually, we will develop way beyond our wildest dreams.

The fact is The president of the land is an excellent leader and has registered great achievements in all sectors of the government and he need to be commended for a job well done... That being said, i believe in a democratic society one man can not rule the nation forever... I have being advocating for a term limit to be amended in our constitution...I think that's very vital in solidifying our fragile democracy..Just to be clear, I'm a supporter of the president.. I met the man personally in multiple meetings and i know first hand that he wants the best for the country and he will probably live and die for Gambians... I felt his passion, conviction and dedication to transform our beloved nation to an industrialized nation... The man deserve one more term then may be we can have an amendment in the constitution for a term limit...hahahha lol
